Module 0
Foundations - what this thing actually is
Before you can deploy an LLM you need a true mental model of how it works. Three lessons.
Module 1
Making LLMs useful
The four techniques that turn a raw model into something a business pays for. This is 80% of the job.
Module 2
Deploying for real - the actual job
Where the model runs, how fast, how cheap, how safe. This is what "Deployment Strategist" literally means.
Module 3
Business & the interview
Why enterprises buy Mistral, how to run discovery, and how to win the panel case.
How to study this
Two hours a day, out loud
- Watch the lesson video (once it's dropped in), then read the written lesson slowly.
- Say the answer out loud as if the interviewer just asked you "what is X?" If you can't explain it in plain English to an imaginary non-technical friend, you don't know it yet - re-read.
- Tick the Done box only when you can explain it without looking. The bar moving is your proof.
- Do the mocks last (lessons 3.3 and 3.4). Don't touch them until Modules 0-2 are ticked - they only work once the vocabulary is in your bones.
- Roughly: Module 0-1 over the first few days, Module 2 next, then live the mocks. Re-do any lesson you stumble on out loud.
You already do this every day. When you decide which tool to use, what it'll cost, whether you trust its output, and how to explain the value to a customer - that's the whole job. This course just gives you the words for instincts you already have.
